  • Lead design for retail store communication: shelf talkers, signages, wayfinders, category markers, and other in-store brand assets
  • Drive retail packaging design with a strong understanding of structure, print feasibility, and shelf impact
  • Design digital e-comm communication such as website banners, category pages, and campaign creatives aligned to in-store narratives
  • Conceptualize and execute OOH creatives across formats and scales
  • Own on-ground execution including vendor coordination, print checks, and rollout readiness
  • Manage and mentor a design team, ensuring quality, speed, and consistency
  • Collaborate with brand, retail, marketing, and digital teams to translate ideas into seamless omni-channel experiences.
