Job Responsibilities
  • Handle visitor enquiries via phone, email, and booking platforms professionally
  • Manage and update booking records accurately
  • Coordinate with visitors on required forms and visit details
  • Register visitor information in the system before scheduled visits
  • Arrange tour schedules and coordinate guide assignments
  • Receive and escort visitors, ensuring smooth entry and exit procedures
  • Brief visitors on protocols and site guidelines
  • Manage and track equipment
  • Collect visitor feedback after tours
  • Maintain records of visitor attendance and data
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports
  • Perform daily opening and closing checks of facilities and systems
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent qualification
  • Competent in Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, email)
  • Meticulous with strong attention to detail
