Job Responsibilities
- Handle visitor enquiries via phone, email, and booking platforms professionally
- Manage and update booking records accurately
- Coordinate with visitors on required forms and visit details
- Register visitor information in the system before scheduled visits
- Arrange tour schedules and coordinate guide assignments
- Receive and escort visitors, ensuring smooth entry and exit procedures
- Brief visitors on protocols and site guidelines
- Manage and track equipment
- Collect visitor feedback after tours
- Maintain records of visitor attendance and data
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports
- Perform daily opening and closing checks of facilities and systems
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent qualification
- Competent in Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, email)
- Meticulous with strong attention to detail
