Visitor Assistant

Pertemps are recruiting for a number of Visitor Assistants on a temporary basis.

Role: Visitor Assistant

Location: Edinburgh City Centre (EH1 area)

Days of work: Monday to Sunday, working on a rota

Hours of work: Part-time and full-time available, between the hours of 8am - 6pm

Start date: As soon as possible

Duration: Until the end of September 2026

Pay rate: £14.27 per hour

As a Retail Assistant, you will be:

• Providing excellent customer service
• Meeting and greeting visitors upon arrival
• Selling and checking tickets for admission to visitor attractions
• Leading tours as required
• Assisting with events at the venue
• Answering visitor inquiries
• Assisting in the gift shop as required
• Any other tasks as required
