Title: Visiting Nurse

Location: Gravenhurst

What you will be doing

  • Responsible for caring for client needs and have extensive experience in wound care management.
  • Experience with IV antibiotic administration, IV cannulation, chemo disconnects, CVAD care, and PORT‑A‑CATH access/de‑access is an asset.
  • Reporting and coordinating with the HCCSS (LHIN).
  • School student support.
  • Enjoy traveling between clients within the community.
  • Creating reports and updates on clients.
  • Able to order supplies for patients.
  • Building connections and rapport with clients.
  • Self‑starter, working well under minimal supervision.
  • Reliability both independently and in a team.
  • Problem‑solving and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Focus on safety for self and clients.
