Role Description

This is a full-time position for a Visa Counsellor located on-site in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Visa Counsellor will assist clients in understanding visa processes, provide guidance on documentation requirements, and support applicants throughout the application process. Responsibilities include evaluating eligibility for various visa programs, ensuring compliance with immigration laws, and maintaining accurate records and documentation. Additionally, the Visa Counsellor will address client queries, provide personalized recommendations, and facilitate end-to-end case management to ensure a smooth visa application experience.
