Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Virtual Server Administrator in Quantico, VA
Responsibilities of the Virtual Server Administrator include:
Conduct daily server health checks, generate detailed reports, and proactively address any alerts or system errors with effective solutions.Verify that system backups are completed in alignment with customer requirements and ensure data integrity.Ensure compliance with Information Assurance (IA) policies and procedures across all systems, networks, and users. Promptly address and remediate any compliance issues.Investigate vulnerabilities identified through Retina security scans and apply appropriate patches to mitigate risks.Maintain system security by applying patches and implementing controls in accordance with Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVE), Information Assurance Vulnerability Alerts (IAVA), Operational Directives (OpDirs), and DISA security standards....
