ABOUT THE ROLE
Underground Strength is a strength-focused coaching gym based in Sydney. We're seeking a highly organised, proactive Virtual Operations & Growth Assistant to play a key role in member retention, marketing execution, lead nurturing, and business operations.
This role goes far beyond basic admin or posting content. You will be deeply involved in tracking performance, driving engagement, supporting sales conversations, and improving the member experience across the entire gym.
