• Builds, reviews, or validates virtual models from plans, specifications, and elevations.
• Collaborates with the project team during the development of construction‑site logistics models.
• Supervises the coordination and management of trade detailing and design deliverables.
• During the pursuit stage, reviews and recommends scopes where VDC tools and processes can be incorporated.
• Collaborates with estimating on model compliance checking and validation.
• Collaborates with the Manager, Integrated Construction Technology on review of VDC/technology contract language and BIM execution plan.
• Facilitates the trade partner model coordination process and reports to the project management team, as required.
