Virtual Dental Biller (Remote – New York Based)

We're looking for an experienced Virtual Dental Biller to join our growing team. We are based in New York, and this role supports our centralized virtual operations as we continue to expand.

We primarily work with DentaQuest and PPO insurance plans, so experience with these plan types is important.

What You'll Be Doing

• Submit and follow up on dental insurance claims
• Work aging AR and resolve unpaid or denied claims
• Communicate with insurance companies consistently
• Track collections and report progress clearly
• Coordinate with the virtual and floor teams when needed

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year dental billing experience (required)
• Strong understanding of insurance claims and AR
• Orthodontic claims experience is a plus
