Remote Scouts is hiring a Virtual Dental Assistant to support a pediatric dental practice by handling incoming patient calls, insurance verification, and Dentrix Ascend data entry. The candidate must be experienced in high-volume call environments and highly accurate with insurance documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Take new patient intake calls and collect required information
• Enter patient details accurately in the CRM
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
• Do preauthorization
• Ask all required insurance-related questions
• Update insurance information for existing patients
• Manage insurance changes and documentation
• Communicate professionally with patients via phone and email
