Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized Virtual Bookkeeping Assistant to manage financial transactions, payroll processing, and other bookkeeping tasks. In this role, you will manage tenant collection processes, initiate legal proceedings if needed, and track their progress. The ideal candidate will have experience with QuickBooks, ADP (or similar payroll software), and U.S. financial regulations. Strong communication skills are essential as you'll collaborate with property owners, tenants, and internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
