Virtual Billing Coordinator (Remote)

We are seeking a qualified Virtual Billing Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time, work-from-home position with an immediate start for the right candidate.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in payment posting within a healthcare billing environment (required)

• Proven experience working in a medical billing or virtual billing coordinator role

• Strong proficiency in eClinicalWorks (eCW), specifically billing and payment posting modules

• Solid understanding of medical billing and revenue cycle processes, including CPT and ICD coding, payer remittance advice (EOBs), and insurance workflows

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail with strong data entry skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience handling billing reports and reconciliations
