Rainbow Tech LLC is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented remote partner to support bid submissions, project coordination, and technical documentation for hospitality IT and low-voltage projects.

We are a growing company and need someone organized and proactive to help ensure opportunities are captured, projects are clearly defined, and technicians are properly prepared before dispatch.

This is a long-term, part-time role (10–15 hours per week to start).

Core Responsibilities

Bid & Proposal Support

• Monitor platforms such as WorkMarket and Field Nation
• Identify opportunities aligned with our services
• Track deadlines and maintain a structured bid pipeline
• Prepare professional bid submissions using templates
• Ensure all required documents are attached and compliant

Project Coordination

• Work with admin support to help schedule and dispatch technicians
