The Role:
As a Virtual Assistant / Admin & Email Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support, managing email communications, and assisting with day-to-day operational tasks. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth workflow, prompt responses, and excellent client service.

You will be required to work Australian business hours to provide direct support to our Australian operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing emails, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Handle general administrative tasks, including scheduling, data entry, and record keeping.
