Utilities Coordinator

We are hiring a full-time remote
Utilities Coordinator
to manage utility setup, transfers, billing issues, and documentation across a large portfolio. This role requires extreme organization, clear written communication, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently without micro-management.

Communication is handled
in writing
(email, portals, tickets) with phone calls being used when required to resolve issues, confirm status, or move stalled requests forward. Documentation and details are critically important to succeed in this position.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate utility start, stop, and transfer requests (electric, gas, water, sewer, trash, etc.)
  • Identify correct utility providers when unknown and document findings
  • Resolve billing issues, holds, shutoffs, restorations, and account discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate utility tracking across multiple properties
