Job Description

Role Purpose:
The VA will serve Systechlogic Employee and the first point of contact for US clients, handling inquiries, scheduling, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth client operations.
Responsibilities:
Call on behalf of B2B consulting firms (like HR, leadership development, or management consulting).
US-based clients needing virtual assistance for calls, scheduling, and client coordination.
Answer client calls and emails during US business hours (5:30 PM – 10:00 PM PKT → 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM EST).
Understand client requirements and document them clearly for internal team follow-up.
Schedule meetings, calls, and follow-ups with the team based on client availability.
Maintain logs of all communications and tasks in a shared system (CRM, Trello, or Google Sheets).
Requirements / Skills:
2–3 years of experience in client support, VA roles, or related positions.
