Role Purpose

The Virtual Assistant (VA) – Resettlement & Procurement Support plays a critical administrative and coordination role in supporting housing providers with resident move-ins, relocations, compliance preparation and procurement tracking.

This role ensures that all resettlement steps are completed accurately, documentation is in place before moves occur, and repairs and procurement processes are logged, tracked, and controlled, allowing UK-based teams to focus on delivery and decision-making.



Key Responsibilities

1. Resettlement & Move-In Support

  • Ensure all required documents are received, uploaded, and correctly named, including:

  • EPC, Gas Safety, EICR, and other compliance certificates

  • Log and complete all resettlement actions clearly within CRM or tracker systems

o   School applications

o   External referrals for furniture

o   Ordering Of Food Parcels
