Virtual Assistant with advanced Excel skills
to join our team. This role is ideal for someone detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable working with data and reports in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate
    data entry
    and maintain organized records.
  • Work extensively with
    Excel spreadsheets
    (advanced formulas, pivot tables, reporting).
  • Build, optimize, and maintain existing reports.
  • Create new reports to support management and operations.
  • Assist with inventory management and reconciliation tasks.
  • Provide administrative support as needed.

Preferred Skills (a strong plus):

  • QuickBooks (bookkeeping and reporting).
  • Amazon Seller Central (Inventory management, reports).
