Virtual Assistant with advanced Excel skills
to join our team. This role is ideal for someone detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable working with data and reports in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate
data entry
and maintain organized records. - Work extensively with
Excel spreadsheets
(advanced formulas, pivot tables, reporting). - Build, optimize, and maintain existing reports.
- Create new reports to support management and operations.
- Assist with inventory management and reconciliation tasks.
- Provide administrative support as needed.
Preferred Skills (a strong plus):
