About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented
Virtual Assistant
to support our sales operations. The role will focus primarily on maintaining accurate records, ensuring CRM data hygiene, and providing administrative support to the sales team. While some outbound calling may be required occasionally, the main responsibility will be ensuring our sales processes run smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update
CRM records
with accurate client information, call notes, and status updates. - Ensure
data hygiene
by cleaning and verifying lead/contact lists. - Prepare and issue
invoices
and coordinate with clients for billing-related queries. - Assist Operations manager with
reports, dashboards, and pipeline tracking
