About the Role
We are a fast-growing AI healthcare technology startup seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support the CEO. This role focuses on managing meetings, follow-ups, and day-to-day administrative tasks across sales, product, and operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, proactive, and a quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
This is a full-time (40 hours/week) remote role aligned with Pacific Time . Candidates must be based in the Philippines or Latin America .
