ZigZag is looking for a Virtual Assistant (Cin7 Bookkeeper + Digital Marketing Support) to join our team


*You must have extensive experience in using CIN7 
*You must have experience using Xero as a Bookkeeper and basic digital marketing 
*Fixed dayshift and weekends off + work from home

*HMO on Day 1, and company devices are provided

Responsibilities:

  • Accounts & Reconciliation

  • Uploading invoices via EzzyBills to Cin7

  • Processing accounts email inbox and clearing into folders
  • Process credits and adjustments
  • Ensure Shopify payments sync correctly to Cin7 & Xero
  • Assist with finance prep:

    • Outstanding supplier invoices
    • Pending credits
    • Unmatched transactions
    • Maintain accuracy across inventory and accounting systems
    • Order Processing & Inventory Management (Priority Focus)
  • Process Shopify dropship ...
