Job Description
:
We're looking for a Virtual Assistant to join our logo design agency and handle client calls through Microsoft Teams.
Your main mission will be to speak with clients, listen to their project needs, reassure them, collect key information, and guide them toward placing an order on our website.
Every call should focus on providing great support while encouraging clients to take action.
You'll receive access to Calendly, where we'll set up your availability for calls. You'll work independently and with full autonomy.
Important Details:
First call: February 25th, from 6:00 PM – 6:30 PM (Pacific Time - US & Canada)
Each call lasts a maximum of 30 minutes
Clients are mainly based in California (GMT-8)
Calls are audio-only (no video required)
Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills (fluent and able to understand American English perfectly)
Comfortable speaking with clients and guiding conversations
