The Virtual Assistant Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing internal and external initiatives
across HIKINEX. This role ensures that internal projects—such as SOP rollouts, system implementations, process improvements, audits, and cross-department initiatives—are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with leadership priorities.
The role requires someone who is highly organized, proactive, process-oriented, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
across departments.
