Job Description

We’re hiring a Virtual Assistants to support busy real estate agents in Toronto, Ontario Canada. If you’re organized, responsive, and comfortable speaking with clients, this will be a strong fit.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing calendars, inboxes, and day-to-day admin
  • Responding to new inquiries (rentals + purchases)
  • Sending property listings based on client needs
  • Booking showings and coordinating schedules
  • Preparing offers, paperwork, and deal documents
  • Following up with leads via call, text, and email
