We’re hiring a Virtual Assistants to support busy real estate agents in Toronto, Ontario Canada. If you’re organized, responsive, and comfortable speaking with clients, this will be a strong fit.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing calendars, inboxes, and day-to-day admin
- Responding to new inquiries (rentals + purchases)
- Sending property listings based on client needs
- Booking showings and coordinating schedules
- Preparing offers, paperwork, and deal documents
- Following up with leads via call, text, and email
