Job Summary:

We are looking for experienced Virtual Assistant. If you have a call centre background, and a British and American accent, it will be considered a plus.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receiving inbound/outbound calls and scheduling appointments
  • Efficiently Respondent to customer queries, explaining possible solutions and ensuring customers Feel supported and valued
  • Taking ownership of customer issues reported and bringing these to resolution
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust with customers through open and interactive communication
  • Verify and collect accurate information
  • Sending out emails and texts
  • Follow up with clients.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and right methods/tools.
  • Record Keeping Related to calls.
