Job Summary:
We are looking for experienced Virtual Assistant. If you have a call centre background, and a British and American accent, it will be considered a plus.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receiving inbound/outbound calls and scheduling appointments
- Efficiently Respondent to customer queries, explaining possible solutions and ensuring customers Feel supported and valued
- Taking ownership of customer issues reported and bringing these to resolution
- Build sustainable relationships of trust with customers through open and interactive communication
- Verify and collect accurate information
- Sending out emails and texts
- Follow up with clients.
- Provide accurate, valid, and right methods/tools.
- Record Keeping Related to calls.
