Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer inquiries and processing orders efficiently
- Maintaining communication through various social media channels
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
The ideal candidate should be available to work from 8 AM to 6 PM GMT-5. The organization is based in Antioquia, Medellin. Strong communication skills and a familiarity with social media interactions are crucial for this role.
