Vysta is a performance-driven paid media agency specializing in Google Ads and YouTube Ads for scaling e-commerce brands. We manage multiple 6- and 7-figure ad accounts and are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our YouTube Ads operations across our client portfolio.

The Role

We're hiring a full-time Virtual Assistant to handle YouTube video ad uploads and asset management across the e-commerce brands we manage. This is a high-volume, process-driven role — you'll be uploading creative assets (video ads) to YouTube channels daily, ensuring proper naming conventions, tagging, and organization so our media buying team can launch campaigns efficiently.

This is NOT a creative or strategy role. This is execution. You follow the system, you upload accurately, you move fast, and you don't miss details.
