I am seeking a reliable Virtual Assistant to support daily administrative and operational tasks.
The role will include responding to client enquiries, managing emails, scheduling site inspections and works, preparing and sending quotations and invoices, maintaining organised records, and assisting with general business administration.
The assistant must have excellent English communication skills, strong organisational ability, and be reliable and proactive. Experience working with Australian businesses, construction companies, or using tools such as Xero, Google Workspace, and Excel is preferred.
This is intended to be a long-term position with consistent ongoing work.
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 30 hours per week.
