Job Description

We are seeking 2–3 experienced Virtual Assistants with strong hands-on expertise in GoHighLevel (GHL) to support and optimize CRM operations, automations, and workflows. Experience working with insurance-related funnels and processes within GoHighLevel is highly preferred.

This is a long-term role with an opportunity for growth. While nearshore candidates are preferred for time-zone alignment, we are also open to a US-based expert who can take on expanded responsibilities and help separate current CTO and CMO functions as the organization scales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and optimize workflows, automations, and campaigns in GoHighLevel
  • Configure pipelines, triggers, tags, forms, calendars, and follow-up sequences
  • Support CRM organization, contact management, and reporting
  • Maintain and improve existing funnels and client journeys
  • Troubleshoot system issues and optimize performance
