We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our leasing and marketing efforts for apartment properties. This role is perfect for someone who’s comfortable working with online listings, social platforms, and weekly reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and update basic websites or landing pages for available apartments
- Post and manage apartment listings on Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, and Instagram
- Assist with weekly reports completing them and/or reviewing for accuracy
- Support leasing and marketing tasks as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in real estate leasing or property marketing
- Familiarity with Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, and Instagram
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet weekly deadlines
- YARDI experience is a strong plus (not mandatory, but highly preferred)
