Virtual Assistant (Construction/Property Operations)
Location: Remote contractor role -- open to candidates located in the Philippines.

Roll Construction is a growing general contractor building new construction homes (plus remodels/additions) while also managing a real estate investment portfolio. This role supports the back end of both construction and property operations, helping keep emails, schedules, vendor follow-ups, and maintenance coordination organized so the team can stay focused on building and managing projects. You'll work closely with the owners and complement an in-person executive assistant by filling remote gaps.
