Virtual Assistant | DTC E-Commerce (AI Video Editing Support)
We're hiring a proactive Virtual Assistant with DTC experience to support fast-scaling wellness & beauty brands. This is a full-time, long-term role with required CET time zone overlap.
What You'll Do:
• Support the video team with AI video editing workflows
• Edit and refine AI-generated videos (realistic avatar / UGC-style)
• Use tools like HeyGen, Higgsfield, NanoBanana (or similar)
• Adapt scripts into structured video formats
• Organize and manage video assets
Requirements:
• DTC e-commerce experience (wellness/beauty is a plus)
• Hands-on experience with AI video tools
• Understanding of paid social content (Meta / TikTok)
• Organized, proactive, detail-oriented
• Strong English communication
Budget: $600–700/month
Format: Full-time, long-term (CET overlap required)
Contract duration of more than 6 months.
