We are a fast-growing HVAC, Plumbing, and Property Management company based in Houston, Texas, and we are looking for a reliable bilingual Virtual Assistant to join our team long-term.
This is a remote position working U.S. business hours.
Responsibilities:
* Answer incoming calls and assist customers professionally
* Make outbound calls to vendors and partners
* Schedule appointments and manage calendar
* Update CRM and job records
* Assist with marketing tasks (social media, outreach, follow-ups)
* Support office operations and daily coordination
* Communicate with technicians and management team
Requirements:
* Fluent English (clear speaking — very important)
* Spanish fluency required
* Experience as a Virtual Assistant, Customer Service, or Sales
* Comfortable making and receiving phone calls
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Reliable internet and quiet workspace
