-Collaborate with the Production Manager and Owner on production reports.
-Monitor project performance to ensure they meet gross -margins and achieve bonuses.
Sales/Office Administration:
-Conduct cold calls to potential prospects.
-Manage the customer sales funnel efficiently.
-Research potential commercial prospects.
-Reach out to prospects through emails and calls.
