Job Description
I am looking to hire a Virtual Assistant with experience supporting a real estate photography or media company.
The VA's responsibilities will include:
– Downloading photos and media files from SD cards or cloud storage
– Organizing and renaming files properly
– Uploading photos to client delivery platforms (such as Aryeo, HDPhotoHub, Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.)
– Reviewing images for quality control (checking brightness, straight lines, correct order, missing shots)
– Delivering completed galleries to clients daily
– Scheduling shoots and managing calendar appointments
– Communicating professionally with real estate agents
Ideal candidate should:
– Have prior experience with real estate media or photography workflows
– Understand basic photo quality standards (exposure, white balance, vertical lines)
– Be highly organized and detail-oriented
– Be reliable with daily turnaround tasks
– Have strong written English communication skills
