I'm looking for a virtual assistant who can help find female software developers. The VA should be able, to speak English fluently.
VA Requirements:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- LinkedIn Premium or Sales Navigator account (for sourcing developers)
- Facebook or Social Platform experience (for sourcing developers)
What you have to handle:
- Social Media like Linkedin and Facebook Outreach
* Post ads on Social media
* Connect right people
* Send messages and follow-ups
* Book calls and judge if they meet requirements
I have specific requirements for the developers I'm looking to hire, and I will share the detailed criteria with any VA who meets the above qualifications.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 40 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: Administrative Support
Optional skills: Customer Service
