Bookkeeper / Financial Operations Manager

We are looking for a high-level bookkeeper to join our growing construction company. We want someone organized, honest, proactive, and ready to grow long term with our team.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of QuickBooks experience
  • Experience with bookkeeping, reporting, and data extraction software
  • Strong multitasking and communication skills
  • Comfortable brainstorming daily with staff, management, and ownership
  • Must be a TEAM PLAYER
  • PERFECT ENGLISH

  • Construction experience is a huge plus

  • Bank reconciliations
