Job Scope / Responsibilities

  • Handle enquiries from parents/students via WhatsApp, Instagram, and phone.
  • Provide clear information about classes, fees, schedules, and promotions.
  • Arrange and manage student class schedules.
  • Coordinate teacher schedules and replacements when needed.
  • Register new students and update student records.
  • Follow up with potential students and trial class participants.
  • Prepare simple reports (enrolment, attendance, payments if needed).
  • Assist in daily admin operations of the academy.
  • Maintain professional and friendly communication with parents.

Requirements

  • Able to communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia & English (Mandarin is a plus).
  • Friendly, patient, and responsible.
  • Good with WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and basic computer skills.
