Job Scope / Responsibilities
- Handle enquiries from parents/students via WhatsApp, Instagram, and phone.
- Provide clear information about classes, fees, schedules, and promotions.
- Arrange and manage student class schedules.
- Coordinate teacher schedules and replacements when needed.
- Register new students and update student records.
- Follow up with potential students and trial class participants.
- Prepare simple reports (enrolment, attendance, payments if needed).
- Assist in daily admin operations of the academy.
- Maintain professional and friendly communication with parents.
Requirements
- Able to communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia & English (Mandarin is a plus).
- Friendly, patient, and responsible.
- Good with WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and basic computer skills.
