Job Summary
CTC is seeking a VIP Technical Support Specialist to provide first‑line IT support to C‑Level executives, senior leaders, and board members at the Toronto head office.
Location & Schedule
On‑site, five days a week at the national head office in Toronto, ON.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a positive customer experience and act as an IT advisor to executives and their staff.
- Maintain confidentiality for all VIP activities and support tasks.
- Collaborate with Information Technology, Applications, Help Desk, and Security teams to design, implement, and enhance solutions for executive use.
- Develop and execute detailed plans for executive‑level projects, ensuring efficient delivery of technical solutions.
- Perform daily check‑ins with C‑Level executive assistants and manage incidents from initiation to resolution.
