Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Lead and manage the VIP Host team, including scheduling, performance coaching, and KPI delivery
  2. Drive VIP user retention, engagement, betting frequency, and revenue growth
  3. Guide hosts in executing personalized service, incentive programs, and outreach strategies
  4. Oversee service quality for high-value VIP players and handle escalated cases
  5. Monitor team productivity, service quality (QC), and conversion performance, and optimize continuously
  6. Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Product, and QA teams
  7. Conduct training, case reviews, and best practice sharing within the team

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in online casino / gaming VIP service or operations
  • At least 1 year of team management experience
  • Strong understanding of retention, engagement, betting behavior, and LTV
