Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the VIP Host team, including scheduling, performance coaching, and KPI delivery
- Drive VIP user retention, engagement, betting frequency, and revenue growth
- Guide hosts in executing personalized service, incentive programs, and outreach strategies
- Oversee service quality for high-value VIP players and handle escalated cases
- Monitor team productivity, service quality (QC), and conversion performance, and optimize continuously
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Product, and QA teams
- Conduct training, case reviews, and best practice sharing within the team
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in online casino / gaming VIP service or operations
- At least 1 year of team management experience
- Strong understanding of retention, engagement, betting behavior, and LTV
