Position Summary:
This position is responsible for taking reservations and welcoming, seating and presenting menus to guests according to department policies and procedures.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to:
+ Makes reservations via the Nightpro and Open Table systems
+ Coordinates all guest seating in accordance with front of house operations
+ Observes tables and keeps track of clean, dirty and occupied tables
+ Takes guest information and quotes accurate wait times and minimums
+ Assists in keeping general admission and VIP lines in order
