Program Overview
This one-year certificate program equips students with the fundamental skills for a career as a cook or chef. Taught by professional chefs, the curriculum covers a wide range of food preparation techniques, ingredient exploration, and food culture, including local, sustainable, and international cuisines. Graduates will gain core cooking and baking skills, menu planning abilities, and the knowledge needed to succeed in the modern food service industry.
