Video/Interview Cleanup

I recently filmed an interview of my dad (3hr 35min in 18 clips) and want to have it edited into interview video. There is no much at all to cut out, very little. There are some issues it seems with the focus and color and white balance and audio. I filmed it using a Sony a7V with a DJI Mic 3 in stereo mode. the audio seems a bit gargley and there are points of the videos that look brighter and whiter than others even though I didn't change any settings throughout. there are also parts here it seemed to go out of focus. I want it all cleaned up and put into one video. do you want to take a look at it and see if you think these things are fixable? There are 18clips and total run time is 3hr35min.
