Job Overview:
Own capture quality across creator shoots and product/B-roll content. As Videographer /
DP, you are responsible for lighting, framing, audio clarity, and maintaining a consistent
visual standard across sessions. You ensure the Creation Pod runs efficiently, prevent
costly reshoots through tight technical control, and deliver organized, editor-ready footage
that supports high-volume production.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Shoot UGC creator content and product/B-roll footage as per weekly production plan
Own lighting, audio setup, framing, and camera consistency across shoots
Maintain a repeatable visual setup to ensure brand consistency
Manage gear, setup, strike, and basic set design for efficient shoot days
Ingest, organize, and back up footage; maintain strict naming and folder structures
Ensure smooth and timely handoff of footage to editors
Coordinate with supervisors and editors on shot requirements and coverage
