Video Game Focus Group Moderator

We're seeking a Video Game Focus Group Moderator to lead player research sessions and help us better understand how players experience our games. In this role, you'll facilitate thoughtful, engaging discussions with players, uncovering insights around gameplay, difficulty, controls, narrative, art, accessibility, and overall enjoyment.
You'll act as the bridge between players and developers, translating player feedback into meaningful insights that inform design, production, and marketing decisions.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and moderate video game focus groups and playtest sessions (in-person and/or virtual)
• Develop discussion guides and research goals in collaboration with design, production, and user research teams
• Facilitate open, unbiased discussions with players of varying skill levels and backgrounds
