The company is early-stage but highly quality-driven, with leadership deeply involved in feedback and creative direction.

Need to have qualifications:

• 2+ years of hands-on video editing experience for long-form content (podcasts, interviews, YouTube).
• Strong proficiency with modern editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
• Experience working from scripts or rough outlines and manually assembling timelines.
• Ability to implement detailed, specific feedback with fast turnaround times.

Nice to have:

• Experience editing finance, investing, or educational content.
• Familiarity with creator-style workflows and early-stage teams.
