What You'll Do

• Produce
  10+ long-form ads per week (90s+)
• Create
  variations from existing scripts
  plus
  1 unique cut per week
• Turn around edits in
  hours, not days
• Iterate aggressively based on frequent feedback
• Use
  AI voiceovers
  and our internal AI tools
• Test different pacing, hooks, structures, and visual styles

What We're Looking For

• You've shipped
  dozens of long-form ads (90s+)
• You move fast without being sloppy
• You don't overthink or over-polish
• You take feedback well and adjust quickly
