We are hiring the Forensics Team of the African Startup Ecosystem.

, we document the journeys of failed startups to provide invaluable insights for the next generation. We believe failure isn't the end—it's data. Our mission is to normalise the conversation around failure and build a library of lessons that help future founders win.

Video is the future of storytelling. You will help us create mini-documentaries, reels, or interview clips that humanise the data.

Responsibilities:

• Edit short-form content (Reels/TikTok) summarising our articles.
• Edit long-form interviews with founders (if/when we conduct them).
• Add subtitles and visual effects that match our brand identity.

Who We Need:

• Experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• A good sense of pacing and storytelling.
• Commitment:
  1–2 videos per week.
