Remote | Full-time or contract Poseidon Sales is hiring a video editor who can move fast, take feedback well, and produce content that actually feels sharp, modern, and native to the internet. We are not looking for someone who only knows how to cut clips together. We want someone with taste, speed, and judgment - someone who understands what makes content work on social, can handle a high volume of edits, and can also take ownership of longer-form videos when needed. This role is a strong fit for an editor who is comfortable working in Descript, knows how to use b-roll intentionally, can make light visual polish decisions without overcomplicating things, and is excited to improve the workflow as they go.
What you’ll do
- Edit short-form social content for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and X
- Edit longer-form videos from raw footage to polished final output
