Video Editor (Short-Form + Long-Form)

Remote | Full-time or contract Poseidon Sales is hiring a video editor who can move fast, take feedback well, and produce content that actually feels sharp, modern, and native to the internet . We are not looking for someone who only knows how to cut clips together. We want someone with taste , speed , and judgment - someone who understands what makes content work on social, can handle a high volume of edits, and can also take ownership of longer-form videos when needed. This role is a strong fit for an editor who is comfortable working in Descript , knows how to use b-roll intentionally, can make light visual polish decisions without overcomplicating things, and is excited to improve the workflow as they go.
What you’ll do
Edit short-form social content for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and X
Edit longer-form videos from raw footage to polished final output
Work quickly across a steady pipeline of content without sacrificing quality...
